So far, I have only read the first part. I've loved what I've read! Witty, funny, suspenseful. Quick moving. Unusual and unique. The publisher's words are right on

Interesting protagonist and a story that was fast-paced but sometimes over-the-top. I enjoyed revisiting Albuquerque landmarks from the time I lived there in the 80s.
Really good start, very different. Slow predictable last third. Could be a good series. Would like to see a sequel.
Silly little fantasy, but held my interest with intrigue and wit

I enjoyed this. It's refreshing to have a protagonist who's a little bit (OK, maybe more than a little) broken.
Having a hard time getting into this--have not really enjoyed it.
